Gold Package:£ 265 (deluxe package +party bags, ideal for up to 15 guests)

This is our all inclusive deluxe party package, just sit back and relax, all you need to supply are the refreshments! Includes everything from the silver package as well as themed party bags for up to 10 guests and a special present for the birthday girl! (Additional guests £14).

Entertainment only Package:£ 225 (flexible package, ideal for more than 15 guests)

This flexible party package is ideal for large/shared parties and offers a complete two hour entertainment programme provided by two fully costumed party hostesses. A themed craft activity is always included along with plenty of themed games and the option of adding costumes, certifuicates, journal, party bags etc. Includes 20 children (Additional guests £5)

Some locations will incur a travel supplement, we work this out based on your postcode.

●How do I book a party?

Please complete the online form or contact us by phone, text message or email to make sure
your preferred date and time is available; then print off the booking form and return it to us
with a £ 80 cheque deposit in order to secure your booking.

●Are you CRB checked and insured?

Yes, we are CRB checked and fully insured.
We will happily show you proof of this if you would like to see it, just let us know.

●What do I need to provide for the party?

If you choose the gold package all you need to provide is the food and drink for your guests as all entertainment,
prizes, craft activities, portraits and themed party bags are included in the price of the party.

If you choose the silver package themed party bags are not included; however every guest still receives
a certificate/portrait, their craft activity and their prizes at the end of the party; in addition to this you may
want to supply your own party bags/favors.

●How many guests can I invite and what ages?

We find that our Party Packages work well with 8 - 20 children, however if you plan on inviting more guests we can
adapt the package to suit your needs.
The entertainment is geared towards children from 3 to 9 years old (7-12 years old for pamper&craft parties) but is suitable for girls and boys of all ages ; in fact adults tend to enjoy it as much as the kids..

●When do you arrive at the venue?

We normally arrive at your venue 30 minutes before the party to set up and get ready to greet your guests
(if you would prefer us to make a surprise entrance for the children please let us know as this can be arranged).
As a guide parties with 12 children or less are run by one party hostess and larger parties are run by two party hostesses.

●Does the birthday child receive a gift?

The Party Princesses know that happy memories are the best gift anyone could receive so we always leave the
birthday girl with a personalized journal of their celebration, as a precious reminder of a very special birthday.

If you book the gold package the birthday girl will also receive a very special birthday surprise gift!
