The Party Princesses will make your daughter’s birthday celebration a magical and unforgettable experience. We will run your party from beginning to end, leaving you free to enjoy the special day with your child and her guests.

What entertainment is included?

Our entertainment, which is structured as a fun “princess training programme”, includes a pretty costume makeover including royal portrait for every guest, fun themed activities and traditional games with a regal twist.

How long does the entertainment last?

We stay at your party for two hours.

Normally we entertain for one hour, have a 30 minute interval and then complete the entertainment for a further half an hour. Some people use the break to serve a party tea for their guests and this often works well.

The party structure above is only a guideline, if it does not suit your requirements we are very happy to tailor an event to fit your needs.

What costumes are available at this party?

Princess costumes in all shapes and sizes make this party a very colourful affair from fairy princesses and medieval princesses to Indian princesses and mermaid princesses... and for the boys we have a great selection of knight and warrior costumes.

How many guests can I invite and what ages?

We find that parties work well with 12 children or less, however if you plan on inviting more guests we can adapt our entertainment to suit your needs.The entertainment is geared towards children from 3 to 8 years old but is suitable for girls and boys of all ages... in fact adults tend to enjoy it as much as the kids.

Do I need to provide party bags?

No, at the end of the party everyone receives a “Party Princess Certificate” complete with a royal portrait of themselves and a selection of goodies as a memoir of the day.

Does the Birthday Girl receive a gift?

The Party Princesses know that happy memories are the best gift anyone could receive so we leave the Birthday Princess with a personalised journal of her celebration, as a precious reminder of a special birthday.

What do I need to provide for the party?

All you need to provide is the food and drink for your guests.

We are happy to supply events in outdoor areas but do ask that an indoor area is available in case of wet weather. We also require access to a plug socket for our electronic equipment.

When do you arrive at the venue?

We normally arrive at your venue 30 minutes before the party to set up and get ready to greet your guests (if you would prefer us to make a surprise entrance for the children please let us know as this can be arranged). As a guide parties with 12 children or less are run by one Party Princess and larger parties are run by two Party Princesses.

What is the cost of the Birthday Princess Party?

The cost of parties with up to 12 children is £ 195, Additional guests are charged at £ 10 per head

(Parties in some parts of Sussex may incur a £ 10 transport supplement)

Don’t worry if you invited additional guests and they are ill on the day, we will only charge you for the children that are actually present.

How do I book a party?

Please contact us by phone, text massage or e-mail to make sure your preferred date and time is available; then print off the booking form and return it to us with a £ 80 deposit in order to secure your booking.

Are you CRB checked and insured?

Yes, we are CRB checked and fully insured. We will happily show you proof of this if you would like to see it, just let us know.
