Why book My Hawaiian Luau?

If your child loves summer and sun this exciting new theme makes for the ultimate birthday celebration! Ideal for parties with boys and girls, a colourful Hawaiian luau is created at your venue as everyone gets dressed up and joins in the themed activities.

What entertainment is included?

Throughout the party many fun activities and games are completed with the focus always on the birthday child; highlights include the ever popular Limbo competition and the great “hula race”. A themed craft activity is also included in the entertainment.

How long does the entertainment last?

We stay at your party for two hours. Normally we entertain for one hour, have a 30 minute interval and then complete the entertainment for a further half an hour. Some people use the break to serve a party tea for their guests and this often works well. The party structure above is only a guideline, if it does not suit your requirements we are happy to tailor an event to fit your needs.

How many guests can I invite and what ages?

We find that parties work well with 12 children or less, however if you plan on inviting more guests we can adapt our entertainment to suit your needs. The entertainment is geared towards children from 3 to 8 years old but is suitable for girls and boys of all ages... in fact adults tend to enjoy it as much as the kids..

What do I need to provide for the party?

All you need to provide is the food and drink for your guests.
We are happy to supply events in outdoor areas but do ask that an indoor area is available in case of wet weather. We also require access to a plug socket for our electronic equipment.

Do I need to provide party bags?

No, at the end of the party everyone receives a “ Birthday Luau Portrait” along with a Tropical themed party bag as a colourful memoir of the day.

Does the Birthday Child receive a gift?

The Party Princesses know that happy memories are the best gift anyone could receive so we always leave the Birthday boy/girl with a personalised journal of their celebration, as a precious reminder of a very special birthday.

What is the cost of My Hawaiian Luau?

The cost of celebrations with up to 12 children is £195
Additional guests are charged at £10 per head
(Fee to include all entertainment, prizes, portraits and party favours).

Parties in some parts of Sussex may incur a £10 transport supplement.
Don’t worry if you invited additional guests and they are ill on the day, we will only charge you for the children that are actually present.

How do I book a party?

Please contact us by phone, text massage or e-mail to make sure your preferred date and time is available; then print off the booking form and return it to us with a £ 80 deposit in order to secure your booking.

Are you CRB checked and insured?

Yes, we are CRB checked and fully insured. We will happily show you proof of this if you would like to see it, just let us know.

When do you arrive at the venue?

We normally arrive at your venue 30 minutes before the party to set up and get ready to greet your guests (if you would prefer us to make a surprise entrance for the children please let us know as this can be arranged). As a guide parties with 12 children or less are run by one Party Princess and larger parties are run by two Party Princesses.
